How to Log In to the Parent Portal

Please note that you can only sign in to the Parent Portal using the school‑provided login credentials.
If you do not have your login information, please contact the school immediately to obtain your credentials.

To ensure a smooth and successful login experience, please follow the steps below:

If you are using Google Chrome

• Please create a new Chrome profile using your school‑provided Google account
  OR

• Use Chrome Guest Mode to sign in to the Parent Portal.

• Your personal Google account profile may interfere with the login process, so using a separate profile is strongly recommended.

If you are using another browser (Edge, Firefox, etc.)

• You will be prompted to enter your @almustafaacademy.ca username and password directly. But please make sure that you are not signed in with any other Google/Gmail account as it may interfere with the login process.

• Simply enter the school‑provided credentials when asked.

2. After Completing the Steps Above

Once you have ensured the correct browser setup, please click the link below to access the Parent Portal and sign in using your school credentials.
